Food & Game Concessions
Applications are accepted throughout the year for our July Terre Hill Days event. Due to space constraints and the “small town” atmosphere of our festival only a limited amount of applications are accepted. We are looking for innovative, unique and fun food concessions for our event. If you would like to request food & game concession vendor information, please use the contact information below.

Arts & Crafts Fair Vendors & Exhibitors
The annual Terre Hill Days Arts & Crafts Fair is a unique combination of local handmade items from across the area. Local vendors selling Lancaster County food, furniture, and other regional items are also welcome. Our craft fair is held outdoors- under and surrounding a large tent, with electricity available if needed. Parking is available adjacent to the show area and an loading/unloading area is available. 10′ x 10′ spaces are $30 inside or outside of our tent. Tent spaces are first come first served. 6′ table spaces also available under the tent for $30, with a table provided. Event application is available for download below. Commercial, Advertisement & Direct Sales Vendors (Marketplace)
Terre Hill Days is a great opportunity for your company to gain small town visibility at an affordable price (and have some fun while doing it)! We offer outdoor 10’x10′ spaces with electricity in our main festival area for $50.00 for Thursday-Saturday. 10’x10′ spaces with electricity are also available under our tent for $75.00 (limited to 8 spaces which sell out quickly). There is no discount for only setting up less than all festival days. Vendors selling products at the festival which result in a gross income over $250.00 must remit a 20% commission (less $50 space fee).
