Can you believe Terre Hill Days is only 4 weeks away? Neither can we!
We are in need of volunteers to help run this year’s event on July 18, 19 and 20! We only have about 10% of our volunteer slots filled and could really use your help! You can see exactly what is needed online and sign up for a time slot at http://signup.com/go/JPC8hb
Students: volunteering for Terre Hill Days counts as service hours for your school! Time slots are only 2-3 hours and there are a variety of jobs available.
Finally, we will have great weather for Movie Night in the Park! Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy this free admission event starting at dusk, which looks to be around 8:30 pm tonight. We’ll have the pavilion kitchen open with popcorn, hot dogs, snacks, desserts and drinks.
We hope to see you tonight for this great Memorial Day weekend kick off event!
Terre Hill Park is collecting donated items for a benefit yard sale coming up on June 1. We’ll be having our final donation drop off at the park this Saturday, May 25 at the park from 9 am to 1 pm. We’ll accept items of any kind that are in good condition.
We will also be doing pick ups on Saturday afternoon and can pick up items at your home- email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a pick up time. Thanks for your support!
Well folks, we’re going to give Movie Night in the Park another try! We are currently scheduled to hold the event this Friday, May 24 at dusk (around 8 PM). The popcorn will be hot and fresh, and hopefully the skies will be clear and the grass dry. This is a super fun, free event that the whole family will enjoy! Don’t forget your lawn chairs and/or some blankets. For more information on movie night, click here.
Due to the cold and rainy forecast for tonight we will be postponing Movie Night in the Park until Friday, May 24. We apologize for the delay. We hope you’re able to enjoy the movie with us on Memorial Day weekend!
